Yes I believe that raising my own physical tempeture a bit is posible, when I channel reiki my hands get quite hotter, but I don't know if combined forces would make it hotter than that you know?

I guess the only way we'll know (or get a step closer) is to conduct an experiment with many experienced individuals.
