Eh, scientists have come up with logical explanations about 2012. I'm not saying I beleive in it, but you never know. I guess if it happens, it happens. Why worry about it?

Sadly so many people buy into this, i just hope they won't be too embarrassed when the clock strikes midnight and nothing happens.

The mayan calendar says absolutely nothing about the end of the world in 2012, it simply marks the end of the Great Cycle in which something significant will occur.

that's correct. however many people believe otherwise, and there are numerous books and discussions about the end of the world in 2012. thanks for pointing that out btw.

The Mayan calendar does not at any point claim 2012 to be the end of the world.

The calendar cycle ends, a new age begins...

I used to think the same thing as the majority in this thread. I always see the numbers 9:11, but to be honest you look at the clock every day, alot. You dont even realize you do it most of the time.

Robot Butler had the best answer, and this is the answer that i got alot when i posted this. You look alot, but only remember significant numbers. Such as if you wanted it to be 8:30 then when it was 8:30 you would see that.

So your numbers 11:11 and everything else that appear on a clock strike you as odd to see them, and then when you do see them your brain tells you that you are looking at the clock and yada yada, you see the numbers.

Hope that made sense?

I used to have a teacher who would always say "11:11, make a wish" whenever it was 11:11

yes but the point is how so many people think that it's the end. and yes you are late, someone brought it up. whether the mayans believed it was the end is another story, i would tell you to ask them but that's not an option. there's simply no real proof of how they perceived their calender (unless you can show me a document of a mayan explaining their calender), and again the point is how some of us today perceive it as the end of the world. check out all the books on the topic, it really is amazing how many buy into it.

I wonder how many here know about their vibrational frequency and higher dimensions.

I go on basic sense... They made a calendar thousands and thousands of years past the end of their life cycles and their society as a whole.. Did people think they'd just make the endless calendar and spend generations of peoples lives making it?

again, no one knows. maybe it was "basic sense" for them to think the end of the world would be in 2012, and maybe it wasn't.

its called synchronicity, or meaningful coincedences, i used to get 11 11 alot, then 22 22, now i look at numberplates and get lots of synchronicity, it can often depend on my mood, or maybe i might see a 666 numberplate, then i go to were i'm going and some shit has screwed up or something crappy is happening, but i still dont know if its just me projecting meaning into all things or not, could be but seems to common, but it still might be, im not trying to debate wether its true or not, just trying to find out more, synchronicity is in everything, the moon and earth and sun are synchronised to make life possible, they are not random but always in sequence like the seasons. therefore everything in the universe is a part of this synchronisation, from the smallest to the biggest things, i think that our physical selfs are just a part of the ongoing cycle like everything else, but somewhere deeper we can go beyond this cycle. kind of like how everthing physical is always changing in space, and in some kind of pattern, but space itself is always the same, or the nothingness that holds everything i mean, hmm, this is where im at so far.

That's a tough question, I think more or less people will have to become more aware of what is actually going on around them. And not visually just what they see.

I know something is going to happen, I'm just unsure how visually and obvious it is going to be. I've already been feeling different for years now..

The alignment is going to be very powerful but people not willing to receive and understand? Will they be forced?

Will everyone realize we are part of the one? Will everyone see their past present and future all at once?

It's funny how you say you've been feeling different, my moms boyfriend, who pretty much was the one to wake me up, has said the energy in this world is dense and something is going to happen.

I, myself, am just working on getting my frequency up there.

I used to see 11:11 all the time but not so much anymore.

I think it has something to do with the mayan calender end date of 21st Dec. 2012 at 11:11am GMT.
