*removes the dust*
Ha, once a lucid dreamer, always a lucid dreamer. Whoever reads this (most likely myself ) I am back on the track! But you know that already if you're the me from the future, so anyway Since I last posted here I had some lucid dreams, but more or less I did not really try to get some, that changed now. My routine before I sleep, relating to getting a LD, now looks like that:
- Reading some old dreams
- Reading in ETWOLD
- Intent to wake up after every dream I have this night, and then proceed with the MILD technique described in ETWOLD (in short: Mantra + imagine the dream you had before you woke up with the change that you imagine yourself becoming lucid)
The last days I had (with one exception) really neat recall and always woke up early from my last dream just 4 or 5 hours sleep but decently refreshed, so that I could decide whether I wanted to try WBTB or stay in bed. Also for RC I now ask myself and ofc answer following questions; Where I am, if my environment looks normal and why am I here and where was I before + checking my digital wristwatch twice.
I also try to participate more in the forum by engaging in threads, reading other online DJ, different guides and hope that will get my mind on the right track. Hope no one minds that I activate my old Workbook.
