      Lschilperoort's workbook

Hello, I'm Lucas. I've been trying to LD for 2 months now, but for the last 2 weeks I didn't do much for it because for some reason, Those weeks I kept getting half nightmares. (the reason I say half is because I usually survive those unlike my nightmares when I was younger)

dream goals for the next few weeks:

      get better ADA
      improve my dream recall
      do a WILD
do simple magic in a LD
      get rid of those nightmares
dream signs: end of the world, lucid dreaming (without actually being lucid )
I'll start with my DJ tonight, as I fell asleep trying to remember my dreams last night

Sorry to read that you have been having nightmares recently. =/ I don't think I have ever died in a dream or nightmare, so any frightening dream I consider a nightmare. A lot of people use nightmares to become lucid, so maybe you can use that to your advantage if it happens again. I can understand why you wouldn't want to write down your nightmares in your DJ.

If you dream about lucid dreaming, that means that you're close to having another LD. How often do you dream about LDing?

      Welcome to the class!

One good tip, write down every dream, even if you only recall a fragment. It can really help improve recall and increase your likelihood of becoming lucid!

Remember to write in your workbook daily! It helps!
