Night 1:
I recalled 4 very long, vivid and enjoyable dreams last night. My dream vividness has increased noticeably recently. The dreams can be found if you click on my sig, they pretty long tho -,-
I decided to list what I currently do as LD technique.
I create a trust between my subconscious and conscious brain daily.
I use the mantra: 'I improve my dreaming ability daily'
I use the following personalized visualisation: I am standing outside near my school sport field. I am wearing my school clothes and they are tight and comfortable around my body. The cold breeze of air brushes against my face. My hands are light and warm inside my pockets. As I walk towards the field I feel the pressure of the bricks underneath my feet. I can hear the soft tap of my feet echoing around the pavilion. I look towards the white dead grass. The pinkish sun is rising from behind all the buildings. I walk until I feel the soft grass underneath my feet. I consider the significance of this place which I have mediated on so often. I count my fingers and become lucid. I fly over the school and my lucid adventure begins. After that I visualize the lucid goals I want to accomplish and the feeling after waking from the LD
Before sleep I meditate shortly, then I visualize for a few minutes and finally I say my mantra until I fall asleep or until a few minutes before sleep.
EDIT: I have decided to identify my school as my second dream sign since it has occurred in like 70% of my dreams and all 4 last night.
