Lesson 2 (Take 2)

So I have been busy with school but I have more time to sleep now so I can retry lesson 2.

-I will try DILD again by doing more reality checks for the next two weeks and will get 8+ hours of sleep so I can have more REM time and hopefully remember more of my dreams. I will also write something everyday on my dream journal app, even if it is "I don't remember any dreams".
-Some nights I will try wild if I have nothing important the next day and risk the possibility of having less sleep.
