      Reality Checks:
      -finger through palm
      -nose plug
      -"Am I dreaming?"

      Dream Signs:
      -Laptop
      -Personal Instruction

      Short-Term Goals:
      -Another LD
      -Formal Before Sleep Ritual
      -Formal After Sleep Ritual

      Long-Term Goals:
      -Lucid every night
      -Meditate in LD
      -Deconstruct dimensionality in LD

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      -1 dream per chunk of sleep

      Current Technique:
      -ADA, DEILD, WBTB, ...and something else?

      Natural Sleep Cycle is 12:00AM to 8:00AM

      Thanks, NyxCC. I intend to take FULL advantage of this resource.

      On a related note, I tried Dual Core 1 Polyphasic sleeping last night, since I've been slowly shading in that direction, and my recall skyrocketed! I recalled four distinct dreams from last night. I haven't had that happen since before I hit puberty. Do you guys recommend Dual Core or Segmented Sleep (or something harder) to beginners to capitalize on WBTB and DEILD?

      A wbtb in general can be very helpful for ld, so we recommend implementing it if you have the possibility. I think this should help reap the max benefit from a polyphasic schedule and no further fragmentation is needed. If you can catch an extra nap in the afternoon that might do some good too.
