Lesson I
Typical sleep time: 10-11PM
Typical wake-up time: 7AM
(8-9 hr sleep a night.) Will annotate actual sleep patterns in DJ, eventually.

Why I want to lucid dream: To revive an old hobby.

Night time routine: Melatonin, 5-HTP, repetitive meditation(?), WILD practice


Reality Checks:
- Is my finger still broken?

Dream Signs:
- Home city.

Short-Term Goals:
- Log dreams daily.
- Meditate daily.
- Lucid dream cheese.

Long-Term Goals:
- Get back to 2 lucid dreams weekly.
