Lesson II
Sleeping patterns, realizing I'm going to bed much later than typical (11-12, given 7hrs sleep). Attempting the WBTB method, annotating dreams in between.
New methods to try:
- Waking up earlier to log thorough dream journal entries.
- Meditation at night, "look where you are, check your hand." w/ repetition.
- Setting RC reminders on my phone.
Noticeable dream signs:
- Foreign locations (Never left the country)
Going to attempt involving 'Dream Yoga' after lifting at the gym to calm my body down. Crossing fingers.
