Thank you very much for you input... implementing WBTB shouldn't be too difficult, just perhaps more a pain. right now, I usually go to bed/sleep anywhere from 12:00 to 2:00 and get up around 10:00 to 11:00. Once school starts, I'd like to make it from about 9:00-10:00 to 5:00-6:00. Is it okay to use an alarm clock for WBTB? Thank you again, and good dreaming. |
