I used to be a little more active on here (not by much) about 6 years ago or so, but I just ended up getting lazy I think, so I stopped writing down my dreams, stopped trying to have lucid dreams, stopped everything.

Recently I downloaded an iPhone app with a Binaural tone generator with a ton of different presets. (specifically this one: http://appadvice.com/app/308034723 ) I've tried giving the Lucid dream preset a go, but for some reason every time I turn it on it makes me get really anxious (which as I'm trying to fall asleep, doesn't help too much). I think I'm just psyching myself out when I put it on.

Anyone had any success with any of these type of apps? The reviews on the particular one I bought were extremely positive, but I haven't noticed anything.

I'm gonna keep working on dream recall too. Man I wish I never gave up on this, I barely remember my dreams at all anymore, unless they're totally ridiculous.
