      Sleep Paralysis

So i decided to try and go to bed last night while listening to a deep meditation binural beat. I layed there for minutes and my legs slowly start to tighten starting at my foot and slowly rise up to my waist, numbing down and kinda twitching a little. It also got harder to breathe as well, so i'm pretty sure i was going into sleep paralysis, but my problem was that i was so excited to feel such a thing that i kept laughing and it slowly faded.

So.. how can i keep the sleep paralysis going through my whole body, and what do i think of in the mean time? what do i do after i am fully paralyzed and aware?

      Thanks!

Relax until it's over. Sometimes the scene may start automatically, and other times you may have to visualize it yourself.

I'm pretty sure the breathing is a hallucination, so watch out for that.

Anyway, yeah just relax but not too much or you'll end up falling asleep. One of the most important things to keep in mind however, is to always do a reality check if you wake up after it. You just never know.
