Think of it as opportunity to strengthen your will, and be glad for the opportunity. Your perspective on the discomfort will greatly effect its severity. If you want some suggestions for something to take internally for assistance, I would recommend some gentle nervine herbs that are entirely safe for everybody to take for extended periods of time. Skullcap is a great one, you can make infusion preferably, or just pick up tincture (simpler) from your local health food store or herb shop. Other options are Mugwort, Motherwort, Hops or even Passionflower. If you need something stronger, you can try Kava Kava, but you don't want to take that daily for more than a few weeks, a month MAX or it will tax your liver. Happy Dreaming . . .
