Exclamation How to dream recall to an alarm?

So all the tuts say do not move when you wake up and just try to remember your dream. Well I have school and things to do pretty soon so I'll be using an alarm clock. How in the world can I not move, yet recall a dream with my alarm in the background? I don't want to get up, turn my alarm off, and loose my dream.

When you wake up, just try to think of the dream immediately. You don't have to sit their for hours, it should come to you quick. Otherwise you'll just have to get up and turn it off like I do. The point is you are just suppose to try and remember the dream from the moment you wake up. While moving does reduce the ability to remember a dream, it doesn't mean you won't remember it necessarily.

As you put more emphasis on dreaming, it should come to you easier. Sometimes you might remember dreams mid way through the day.
