Hi Winception, to Dreamviews! |

New to this site, I am eager to try some of the techniques for inducing lucid dreaming. However, the one thing holding me back is sleep paralysis. This is to those who've experienced it, and those who know about it: What does it feel like? Is it always frightening? What techniques often result in or involve sleep paralysis? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

SPs were the most dreaded nightmares for me untill I make out what it were. Now we realize that people are paying huge amounts to have a training on getting to SP. It is a wonderful experience. You may be frightened, some demons may approach you in this state. Some external forces may pull you, try to kill you. Realize, all these terrifying forces are due to the power and imagination of your own mind. Next time you dreaded during SP, try to be friendly with that cause(object), absorb the energy you find in them towards you by your imagination. You will feel energized and refreshed while you wake up. Remember, the more you fear and run away, the more they frighten you and haunt you. |

Welcome, |

I have had it...it can be absolutely horrifying unless you know what has happened. If it does happen, you are now aware of it, so just accept it...youll either fall back asleep or eventually be able to move |
