so i have two methods pretty much #1 is the DILD you know rc every hour i have a watch that beeps every hour and listen to a isochronic tone before i go to sleep to clear my mind and then do a mantra #2 drink some water before bed and wake up in the night go to the bathroom come back to bed and read my dream journal then go to sleep with a mantra.

so which method is better or should i combine the two?
