      Forcing sleep.WILD at any time.How ?

I found that going into WILD is easy when you are sleepy.Yawning, tired, ok.
But in any time of day ?
When i am refreshed, not sleepy, active....it is very hard.
      Maybe reached stage 2 only.
      How to force it ?
How to be sleepy even if i am not ?

      (without any drugs, medicaments, etc.)

It's hard to force yourself to become tired. But I sometimes lay down for around an hour, and that sometimes helps to get me tired/relaxed because I'm doing anything to keep me awake. Then I spend the next bit of time trying to WILD.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
