Sometimes realizing that you're dreaming can come with heaviness, or lethargy. You just have to remind yourself that you're dreaming, and that you can do anything you want in it; gain confidence and then you may not feel as heavy. Dream control is all about expectations, confidence, and believe. If you look at a picture frame that's gold but you want it to be red, look away for a few moments. Imagine what the frame would look like with red coloring instead of gold, and then look back, expecting it to be red. It can be tasking at first, but it gets easier with practice, as Kevojy said.
