i never have been that good at recalling dreams because it has never seemed to bother me... but i found out bout this site bout a week ago and have been trying to remember my dreams and out of 7 days i can only remember 3 and thats doign the wbtb which kind of helps but is a bit annoying |

thanks for comments guys i might try using a few different techniques instead of wbtb because i can never get back to sleep when i wake up |

Another thing you can try is not moving when you first wake up. If you wake up to an alarm clock, quickly turn it off and then just lay in bed for a minute or two and try and think of anything you could have dreamed. It could be an emotion, a dream character, a place, a color, etc. Usually if you can recall something more will come to you and you can just work backwards from there to try and find out what happened before that. Then after a minute or two, write down what you can recall. |
