      newbie DEILD questions.....

Last night, i managed to lay perfectly still after my dream and
      Did not open my eyes.
Problem is, i felt i needed to move. Nevertheless i stay still.
The room became quiet, and i could hear my heartbeat.
My mind started racing with hundreds of thoughts.
Then i felt i slipt out of it and decided to open my eyes.

Is this deild ?, how to overcome if i wake up in awkward position and
Need to move? The sounds are normal? How to concentrate ? How to prevent the thought train?

Any advice welcome! ..thanks a lot ! ...

When you opened your eyes were you in the dream world or real world? It's common to have false awakenings during DEILDs.

Ignore your brain when it tells you that, its called the roll over signal and if you ignore it you will enter SP. But dreams can feel very real, just try some simple RC's. To focus just stop and relax, do some breathing techniques.

Well you may have also been already in a dream. Me I felt the need to roll over and turns out I rolled out of my body
