Thread: My one SP experience

So... I've only experienced one SP experience, and to be honest it was positive. This was about 6 months ago.

I did not experience an "evil presence" like so many people describe. Instead, it was as if my whole body was numb/vibrating, and I heard nothing but a deafeningly load buzzing/scratching in my ear, but to be honest it felt good.

I may have been able to wiggle my fingers/toes and snap out of it if I wanted, but honestly I did not want to.

The one thing that was negative about this experience is that it was very difficult to breathe. I was aware and trying to breathe quickly, but I was stuck in "breathe slow" mode, and it felt like there was a giant weight on my lungs.

Is this normal? I know, y'all probably hear this a lot, but it is alien to me and would like to know what others experience.
