Try visualizing the last dream scenario you were in before you woke up. Imagine tactile, auditory, and visual sensations; it'll trick your mind into thinking you're still asleep. Also, don't change your breathing pattern to something different than what you'd be doing when you're sleeping. |

Yeah, i agree with puffin, just try to visualize as much as possible, if your body thinks your awake then your sp will pass. Usually i just visualize my hands in front of me and that does the trick |
