      School every day. Why?

So no matter what but I always get dreams about school. Here is my last entry.
I always add comment after ----- line.

Today I had a dream in school again,
I was sitting in Maths class and our teacher (Ms.Ahearn) was there. Class was really loud so she cancelled maths

(which would nevr happen) and said to take out some books and read. There was my class mate wesley kelly. He was

reading some book about how stuff works. I drawed some picture and passed it around , graham tracey tore it. Then

Wesley and some other guy started fightng in class. Ms. Ahearn ran and called few teachers and they came it was: Ms.

Mannering, Ms. Lavelle and few others. I was looking over History book and Ms. Lavelle (my geography teacher) came

      and said
She: Looking of what you have to learn?
Me: No, looking at what I had to learn.
      She: Laughed in friendly way,
Me: Yeah this is something I should've learned last year but I have no idea what it's about. (In funny voice I said)
She: Ah well that happens to everyone.
Came in principal and wesley got in big trouble. He got taken away and then in few minutes we saw him sweeping

      corridors in school.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Bad dream since school is involved again, I think it's because of my subconciouness. When I go sleep I think about

nice things like field of green clean grass with a bit cloudy weather and wind, but though I know that I have got a

school tomorrow. I need to learn to controll subconciouness. Otherwise I will be dreaming about school. Also the

point that in most of my dreams there is 1 same teacher, (Ms. Lavelle) it might be because in reality I like her as

teacher, she teaches good and is nice to me because I get good marks and results in her subject (Geography) Out of

all teachers in school I would pick her to be like main teacher. That's probably the reason for that.]

So why I always get dreams about school? Is that because of what I wrote in comments that it's my subconciouness?
Also is it possible that it's the only dream I had this night? Or there is always few? I really can't remember anything except that dream which was really really long.

Hi arleitiss. You're not the only one, most of my dreams always end up in school some way or another. It's quite frustrating because it's so boring sometimes. Do you spend most of your days in school? If you are, I think that's the reason to why your dreams always relate to school; we spend too much time in school.

Maybe it's a sign for you to stop studying so hard and have fun instead, haha.

Anyway, you can treat the idea of your dreams always ending up in school as a dream sign, so whenever you're in school do reality checks so that it'll carry on into your dreams, and hopefully induce a lucid dream.

Hi, I'm Ethereal, and I've been a school dreamer for 16 years now.

      (Hi Ethereal!)

Yeah, I always get anxiety dreams. Make it your dreamsign.

It's pretty simple actually. Your entire world revolves around school. All your friends are there, and all your successes and failures are there. That's where you are the most aware of your surroundings, as opposed to when you're home, and you wouldn't even notice if the floor was clean.

I have found that it you want to change what you dream about, pick the dream yourself before you go to sleep. You want to be Iron Man?
Tell yourself that when you dream you can simply command that you are wearing the suit, and you can fly....and get all the hot chicks...or whatever. Tell yourself this several times while you're drifting off, and then when you're lucid you'll remember what you had planned.

Or, you can just tell the teacher to F off......either is fun.

If you are frequently anxious or per-occupied with school near bedtime, you could try writing about it on a blog or in a journal. This may help to release the anxiety and free your unconscious mind to think about other things. Then you can write in your journal about the things you would like to dream about.

Or, you could try movies, books, and video games with exotic, fantasy, or science fiction settings. This may plant the seed for more imaginative dreams during sleep.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.

I try to watch some "happy" old sitcom before bed.....no screaming....just familiar characters....and a happy ending. I'm old....but still find that an episode of Andy Griffith or even Seinfeld before bed (DVR) has a calming effect, and allows my mind to be uncluttered when I start to drift.

I haven't been in school for a long time, but I still get school dreams. Normally they involve some sort of final exam I need to retake, or a final project I discover was never fully completed. I think the stress has imprinted on me permanently.

My school (non lucid dreams) usually involved being in a class...TOTALLY unprepared.....there's a big test...and I have NO idea even what the subject is...I've been skipping school....or not paying attention. Recurring theme here.

I am still in school and most of my dreams happen in school. I think it's because I spend so much time there every day that it carries through to my dreams and it could be the same with you.

I also have been out for a long time! But I get them quite often too Haven't been able to make it into a dream sign I can reality check to, yet, but I'm working on it

My school dreams are usually re-visiting old feelings or friends that may have appeared during the course of my school life. Definite processing happening here
