Do these help at all to get sleep paralysis?

Sorry if this was mentioned somewhere. I can't seem to get sleep paralysis(Main Goal) and dreams seem to have no real visuals during dreams although pretty much it amounts to detailed thoughts going through stories in my head although I could 100% tell you color, actions, plot etc.. of everything that happens every night although i'm not sure if that's normal for dreams or not if anyone else has other experience let me know.

Pretty much any normal method doesn't seem to cause sleep paralysis for me at all wbtb with wild. Just simply waiting it out without moving(Results in me going tingly/numb but nothing past that even if I wait for 2 hours). I also can seem to wake up at any time during any part of dreams(I have multiple detailed dreams a night) but I just wake up like normal. My natural sleep position is on my back and I don't seem to roll or move at all and wake up normally as when I went to sleep exactly in the same position if this is needed at all.

Does leaving lights on or t.v or any outside normal sleep stimuli increse chances of sleep paralysis? Also if anyone has suggestions let me know.

this happens naturally for me and it is scary so dont no y u would want to do it hehehe i find that this happens more when i have been in a deep sleep maybe for about 4 hours then to be suddenly woken up disruptive sleep..so maybe you could set an alarm clock.. then lay on your back but go back straight back to sleep but keep your mind thinking focus on say your eyebrows

if u can get in to a sleep paralysis u will be able to have a out of body expierance but ... when u are in paralysis it can be frightening so do keep you eyes closed and mind open again try and focus on your face ull soon bee lookin down on yourself

Sometimes ambient noise can help, but nothing distracting or noise that makes you tense up... If I daydream while I'm trying to relax and imagine tactile, sight, auditory sensations, that helps me enter SP.
I suggest not having the lights on, and to have the room as dark as possible, but I've entered SP at least three times with them on. Mind you, I was extremely tired when that happened.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
