Yeah, I've experienced that roller-coaster feeling. Feeling like you're accelerating, hearing sounds, and hallucinating are common symptoms when experiencing SP, I think. As well as the paralysis. |

Yeah exactly, accelerating and I heard sounds as well. The sounds were normal for me, cus as you said, theyre apart of SP. I'm just not used to feeling myself getting paralyzed as I go sleep. |
