Be skeptical as to whether you're dreaming or not. Listen to music with your headphones in but still try to be able to focus on noises around you. Feel your heartbeat, stop and ask why you're doing what you're currently doing... |

I have been workin on this for several weeks now and i can usually remember one or two dreams a night in detail. usually intense detail that i can associate with things ive seen in real life after i wake up. but i have dreams and havent even the smallest thought that its not real. the dreams are great and i follow them right along. but i havent had any control or anything. i'm still reading through all the tutorials and guides i can. but just to get me started while i read them now, anything that you guys could suggest helped you when you started this whole thing? as far as being aware at all. i would set up dream signs once i get the ability to be able to notice in the slightest that i wasnt awake. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
