Hmm... well, for the first question... do you tend to wake up a lot? If not, you should try waking up every 90 minutes (which is approximately one full cycle of sleep). When I'm doing very badly with recall, this is something I do to rebuild it. I sleep for a core 4.5 hours and then wake up every 90 minutes and write down some notes. Then practice a MILD mantra between each dream If false awakenings are happening a lot more often, start training yourself to do a RC every time you wake up! Pinch your nose and see if you can breathe, for instance.

The second is currently a struggle for me, too, at the moment. What I'm doing right now, is internalizing the notion of being more focused with my lucidity. I let it all slack off last month because my sleep schedule changed dramatically, and I couldn't work on goals and such (which I usually do during a WBTB... but I couldn't do those last month). So my lucids became quite out of my hands and random.

So, start to internalize the idea that you will be focused when it comes to your lucidity. Perhaps also imagine yourself doing something you really want to do in a dream.

And for the 3rd, well, that problem happens sometimes to me too. I'll even think something reminds me of dreaming and then get instantly distracted by something.
