I used to lucid dream all the time as a kid and never realized it wasn't an everyday occurrence for most people until about junior year in high school when I did a research paper on dreams, I was trying to do it sort of along the lines of inception where he says "this could change who he is entirely" in the way that a dream could totally ruin your day or something, it more just turned into an informative paper on dreams (I was sort of a slacker in high school) Anyway, whenever I would lucid dream I just knew I was dreaming... thats it, I never controlled the dream in any way- except once, but I was VERY little and I think I might have actually been awake and just replaying the dream and pretending what I would have wanted to happen next. My question is... once I realize that I am dreaming... what then? Also... is the Inception thing true? Could you really lose site of which one is dream and which one is reality? I mean... if you are living your life in your dream and you are lucid well what how do you know which one is dreaming and which one isn't? You are lucid in both... I know you cannot fly in real life... but what if it was the other way around? Yes, you could do an RC, but that would only tell you which one you think is which... what if you truly do not know? What if the "dream world" had limitations and the real world was unlimited? I have always had crazy vivid dreams. |
