Thread: I had my first lucid dream!

As the title says, I just had a lucid dream! Hear's what happened.

So both my brothers and me are in a car. I have no idea where we were driving to and no one would tell me. So we finnaly get to this nieghborhood that none of us had been to before and my brother pulls into the driveway of one of the houses.

That's when my mom and my gandma came out of the house throught the door in the garage and we went in. My mom and my brother started arguing about something, but I have no idea what they were saying. That's when I realised that

1.My brother doesn't have a drivers lisence.
2.I couldn't hear a thing that my brother was saying.
3.I've never been to this house before.

So I look at my hand and it's blury as heck. That's when I say "Holy crap I'm dreaming" outloud but no one hears me for some reason. I started to get excited and began to wake up. I had to do something awesome before my dream ended. The first thing that came to mind was shrinking something. I go outside and shrink a car that was driving by. At that point my dream was starting to fade away and I woke up.

Not to bad for my first lucid dream if you ask me.

Haha. Not bad at all, man. Many people don't even get to try out some control, before waking up. Now that you already know you can do something awesome, in a clutch amount of time, control should be just that much easier, the next time you try.

Congrats on the first lucid! Even if you did wake up within a few moments, it's good that you managed to get some control in. Next time if you start to wake up, try DEILDing back into the dream.
