So, I'm new to all this and I think yesterday I had OBE(Out-Of-Body-Experience)
Here's the story:
Me and my friends entered in a bus, but then like my soul left my body and I watched myself leaving in a bus.I figured that was a dream and I did a reality check.I pinched my nose and tried to breath and I was breathing.Then I heard creapy music and I saw the picture of the jungle.I tried to wake up and then I heard drums and open my eyes.
Was that an OBE?
Why creapy music?

That wasn't an OBE, that was just viewing your dream in 3rd person. It's very common in dreams (an aspect that can become annoying when very repetitive), but it isn't very related to OBEs. It can become useful when you're trying to get away from a situation and need to get someplace else, but you need to follow a whole different tutorial for OBEs.

And for the creepy music: random part of your dream, or your mind thought of that kind of music when it saw a jungle. Nothing to be concerned about.

But I was in 1st person before I was in a bus.

You disconnected when you entered the bus. Dreams don't necessarily become 3rd person from the start.

Yes. If you are aware that you are dreaming whilst in a dream it is considered a LD.

But if I have a nightmare and I'm aware, what to do to get rid of it?

You can either a) Wake up or b) Learn to control your dreams so that you can either run away, battle the nightmare, or get rid of it.

But what to do to wake up?
And I've heard when some monster is chasing you, you better stay and fight because he is good chaser and not good fighter.Is that correct?

1) Just will yourself to wake up. It's next to impossible to explain how to do so.

2) It depends on what you think about it. If you think it will be a good fighter, it will. If you think it won't, it won't.

Snowboy explained everything pretty well, except I'd like to add something in terms of the "waking up" part - beware of false awakenings - you might think you have woken up, but you might actually just be in your bed (in another dream). That's why it's important to do a reality check after trying to wake up from a lucid dream.

Willing yourself to wake up can work, but if it doesn't, try closing your eyes and falling backwards, imagining nothing. The complete lack of awareness of what's around you might wake you up.

But how to induce a lucid dream?

Just look through the tutorials in the Wiki and choose one that you want to do. I'm not going to explain all of the methods, as there are too many and it would take me a long time to type up. There are also some popular tutorials on the forum but not on the Wiki, so keep an eye out for those.

Last night i had dream in which i pinched my nose and I couldn't breath

BTW, some girl was in my dreams last two nights and we were talking about LD's.

I had a dream OBE was weird i was in a hospital bed i felt the vibrations and could hear them i then rolled out of my dream body and fell on the floor i got up and saw my body in the hospital bed i started to walk around the place it was dark but i opened a door and was in the secretary area and no one could see me i went out of the hospital and started to fly around was good fun then i went back into the hospital and met this lady who was a soul like i was at the time but she said the next time you see me you will be disconnected entirely from your body and she dissapeard and then i woke up ino this was only a dream but it was a DREAM OBE

i remember when i had an old dream journal i had one or two....but i lost it=[
