it was a DILD, Dream Induced Lucid Dream, because you realised you were dreaming in the middle of the dream. If this is your first LD don't be surprised it only lasted 5 seconds. First of all you have to stabilize by using your senses. just look around you and feel stuff. Usually this will also make your dream a lot less fuzzy, which will help you control it. Remember, always stabilize first. WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) is if you fall asleep without ever losingh consiousness. So you feel yourself falling asleep and entering the dream.
