i would stay away from the melatonin and b6 for now since your still working on your dream recall. B6 and melatonin are supposed to aid in lucidity, not so much dream recall. so hold off on the supplements for now and continue working on your dream journal. until you can remember 1-2 dreams a night then id say move on to attaining lucidity and the methods to getting lucid.
