      Ehmmm, Hello Everyonee :D

Hey people i am new here at Dreamviews and i have recently been researching Lucid Dreaming for about 2 days and it seems EXTREMELY interesting.

I just wanted to ask a few questions
You see i can't remember like 80% of my dreams.. soo last night i tried before bed to tell my self over and over "I will wake up and remember my dream" and i got nothing..
of coarse it doesn't happen over one night but just thought i should say it !

Anyway is there an tips, techniques or tutorials you the more experienced lucid dreamers may suggest? I understand dream recall is the most important and thats what im working on now.

Thanks for reading guys and have a good one

Generally for dream recall is using a DJ, apart from a DJ, if you like suplements, B6 can help, but I don't recommend that.
Also, when you wake up, take some time to think about your dreams, that will make it easier to remember them, and when you start, taking notes in the middle of the night might help, also having a listo of words that help you think about dreams is helpful too.

With regards to supplements, the main one suggested is Vitamin B6. I would recommend taking it anyway, just because it's a really, really helpful for your overall health. More info here.

B6 is easy to find, eat banana's for example:p

As for your recall, try not to move too much when waking up and spend a minute or two on trying to bring back the dream. At times you'll find that there's still a fragment left, and often enough you can rebuild much of your dream by using this fragment. Other times there will be nothing, but even then, if keeping still and focussing on feelings or thoughts passing through your head, it might bring fragments back.

Read up on DILD, MILD, WILD and the likes, and maybe also a tutorial on dream stabilization, as you don't want to get kicked out of your first lucid in seconds

      And welcome, ofcourse!

Vitamin B6 is absolutely amazing for me, my dreams get extremely vivid, detailed, and realistic. The best part is you remember your dreams better ( plus two of my lucids we're nights is took b6). Of coarse you can't rely on this but its good for getting you back on track. I would also suggest (if you really want to get serious) reading up this website a lot to get everything ingrained in you head, it's surprisingly hard to remember to do things in dreams, even lucid.

Nothing is difficult in a dream, its all in your head.

      SOMETHING AMAZING HAPPEND !
I actually remembered my dream today
It was weird but i woke up a few times during the night maybe 2 or 3, and i realized that i was dreaming while awake, but after going to sleep i felt like i had no control in the dream, almost like a movie.. everything just was happening
And in the dream it doesn't feel like i'm in my body, but as if im watching from a 3rd person view :S is this normal?? lol

Sometimes. Play a lot of third-person video games or watch a lot of movies?

Dreams reflect real life. If you see a lot of 3rd person action, you're bound to dream of it. Turn off the tube and the games for a little while and you should get back to 1st person dreams.
