Thx Nufeather, that enlighted me some more

I have been trying the same thing, and cant get to have the same feelings again, either I fall asleep or I dont get to feel that, and I got a question:

When being there, "waiting" for SL to kick in, you have to be focused on staying awake with your mind? some short of tricking your body into falling asleep but meanwhile getingyour brain as active and awake as possible?

And the other question is if you guys know some books good for start with the reading, I would like more direct to the point books rather than teaching "unnecesary" things, more like "lucidology 102" does but being good (I read in a post over here that lucidology is crap). Also went to Dream-related Book List - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource and what I would like to know is the best book you have read, if you have ever read a book about it.... In fact I keep trying to find videos, software, etc, and cant find anything good...

Thanks!
