You're definitely close! The fast movement of your eyes is an indication of REM (rapid eye movement) which means you're close to sleep paralysis. The feeling of whirring or movement is also an indication of SP. Try to passively pay attention to what's around you and not focus too much on it. Keep relaxing into the SP and visualize a scene around you, imagining tactile, auditory, and other sensations. It can speed the transition process up. |
