      Involuntary movement before sp

Whenever I get close to SP during a WILD one of my mussels will just randomly misfire. What is a good way to stop these involuntary movements?

Just try not to think about your body at all, or trying to stay awake in fact. This will cause you to stay too awake. First time I went into SP was completely by accident as I was just focused on the thought in my mind.

I'm struggling along the same lines as you. My wild attempts seem to progressively worsen each time. Generally I get to the point where I feel I'm wasting too much time so attempt proper sleep or get up if I'm napping.

      I get the same thing
I'll be about two hours in to a wild attempt and suddenly my leg will just kick
about 3 inches up and come back down...

Try stretching before attempting a wild. Be sure you are properly relaxed.

Stretching and not thinking about my body seemed to help solve the problem, Thanks!

Your body is uncomfortable. If the body doesn't like it's position, the brain will fire a jerk to try and adjust it's position into something it can comfortably sleep in. Usually you are not conscious for them, they are nothing to worry about and shouldn't hinder your WILD attempt, just dont try to fight them.

      Fight them? How?
