      i hear drinking a glass of OJ helps you to have lucid dreams is there any truth in this?

      It can increase how well you remember your dreams, and how vivid they are (similar to the effects of apple juice). However, lucidity is caused mostly by awareness and not biological stimulation as far as we know. I wouln't say it helps much, if at all.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
