      did i almost accidently WILD?

so i was lying in bed last night, and suddenly my feet felt cold, then tingly, then it felt like they weren't there. My hands soon followed.

In my mind I was thinking "OMG I THINK I'M ACCIDENTALLY WILDING OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!! I WONDER WHAT THE HYPNAGOGIC IMAGERY WILL BE LIKE!!!!!!!"

So then i wait for around 30 minutes and nothing happened, and i fell asleep normally.

so I want to know if i almost WILDed because from what I read it felt like i was in sleep paralysis but my mind was fully awake.

You got into the early stages but you weren't quite in sleep paralysis. The transition into sp is intense. I say try again, and be sure to not
      move a muscle. It's hard...

Really any comfortable position will work, I generally do it on my back because, it may
be less comfortable in the beginning, but after hours of laying there, it is better for me.

      hey
best you WILD after sleeping, not while trying to sleep.
WILDS are apparently much easier after the dreamer has had 5-7 hours of good sleep.
Apparently SP comes on faster, as long as you focus on an anchor (e.g. stay conscious on your breathing, or the tick tock on your clock).

I think experiences differ. Because I find I get more results when I WILD at night before sleep.

Ive only ever attempted a WILD once and it was when i was just trying to get to sleep. I think I got close because several of my senses changed but I didnt get any visuals
I accept that my reality is always a dream so if something changes I know I'm right.
