Hi Extractor! The first thing I have to say is:
Well, I'm looking for a way to escape from reality
No. Don't do it for this reason. It can cause a strong addiction to lucid dreaming and screw with your outlook on life. Unless, of course, you were merely referring to that as a means of entertainment (Like how watching a movie is an "escape" from reality). Basically if you are wanting lucid dreams because of an issue with your life and you want to "escape" from it, don't do it.
Ok, enough of that. Welcome to the forums, glad to have you aboard! Lucid dreaming can take various amounts of time, for some it only takes a few days to learn, for others (like myself) it took over a year to have my first lucid, and I still struggle greatly with having them. Must read? Hm... check out the tutorial section and get yourself familiar with the basics so you know what to do. The dream journal section is usually pretty good for boosting your excitement, there is nothing like reading someone's epic dream thinking of how you could be the next one to try something like that. Also, I personally like the "General Lucid Discussion" forums, as it is great for whenever you have an odd question, or just want to discuss something funky about lucid dreaming.
Anyway, you should explore the site a bit, get familiar with the basics of lucid dreaming, and you should be well on your way! Whenever you need help, just ask for it.
