      Hi! WILD question!

I'm not really new to this site, I've just been lurking without an account. But last night I tried to WILD again, and I remember seeing the flashing light/hallucinations and counting, then I had the ability to have short dream where I could control generally where I was. Then I felt an enormous pressure on all of my body and it was black again. Also, I had the feeling that I was flipping around and tumbling....normally I would be fearful but it felt kind of cool. Then it stopped suddenly and I felt a tingle...then I couldnt move, so it was paralysis. Then i was awake, and my reality test was confirmed I was actually awake....so am I starting to get on the track to WILD? or was that a fail....Thanks

Sounds like you're on track! I always find the end stage of a WILD the hardest bit, but perhaps your body just wasn't ready for REM sleep.

well I did it right before going to sleep, because I cant wake up at the right time, so i end up waking up for no reason at the wrong time... I think I need to get from paralysis to a dream, then I will be set!

Cool. Once you feel like your body's moving in a weird way, it usually means you're entering a dream.

Trying to WILD when you first go to sleep is way harder than doing it after a WBTB, and it also takes much longer, so you might want to try using an alarm.
