I really want to have a night's rest. Just 1 night Empty of lucids or watsoeva dreams.
1 night of waking up fresh, 1 night of closing and opening of eyes immediately sensation.
I'll be EXTREMELY thankful to whoever that will EVER be able to help me achieve 1 night of peace and quietness from dreams.
You're the pro of lucids right Yoshi? It gave me some hope when I realised such forums existed..I'm NOT ALONE.
If u can teach others how to start luciding, any ideas on how to reduce it a bit?
Don't think of anything before sleep was out, i tried that.
Ignore the dream? Never possible, once it begins, theres no stopping.
Quickly get over with the current dream that u're in and rest? No, I'll just wake and sleeping back will either cause it to cont or start a new 1.
      HOW???
There are several medications/drugs that suppress REM sleep, but I wouldn't recommend taking them just to do so. If you want to get rest, just lay down and sleep within your lucid dream. Don't do any draining activities. Just pull out a blanket wherever you are and sleep within the dream. That is the only way I can think to help you out. I'm afraid I just don't have/know of any ways to stop dreaming that are healthy. You could get really wasted/black-out drunk one night, but you may have a killer hangover or puke/piss yourself (especially if you don't drink in the first place), lol. I don't recommend it.

But the prob is my GCs won't let me sleep while the 'daily dream routine' for that dream is waiting for me to complete it.
They'll say something lik 'How can you be sleeping here? Everyone's looking (and i really get that sensation). You're in the way, sleep at home..' or sth like that.
