I can't find a thread I found earlier...Ive tried to search everywhere but I just cant find it... The one that said drinking soda at night helped lucid dreaming? Ugh Im so sorry for being a noob and asking this, but can someone help me find it? Thanks sooo much |

Increasing you Vitamin B intake is also said to be helpful....and a healthier approach lol. I've been taking sublingual liquid B12 for about 3 months now, every morning and night.... the vividness and production of my dreams has increased tremendously. |

Cool! I used to not take my vitamins, but I have recently started taking B complex and D. As I swallow them I say to myself that I am taking Lucid Dream pills and Dream Control pills. :-) |
