Thread: A few questions

Hi! I have a few questions I am wondering about

1. What kind of food would help with the vividness of dreams and help induce lucid dreams?
and also what little things should i look for if i'm doing a WILD when i'm laying still?

2. So i was wondering when you do a WILD you lay down and your body tests you to see if your awake and then some people say that there is a really big feeling right before your body 'goes to sleep' does that involve discomfort like feeling a bit nausius all over? i don't know how to discribe it very well...

3. I felt a wave sensation come over my body and my eyes were moving on there own and my heart was racing. How close was i to lucid?

4. I'm wondering what shared dreams are, how do they happen and how do you get them to happen? also is it normal for a person in your dreams to wake you up several times because there was this one dream about a man and then he showed up but he was in darkness and he kept demanding i get something for him or something in general and i went to sleep and he woke me again(he did this a few times). i wasen't hungry or anything like that. (he aslo interupted another dream i was having and after the few times,i think he quit. the dream continued again.)
