      Nah, it could easily be an hormone, since you are 17 it makes sense. But of course, a professional is more qualified to tell you the real cause.

      You're saying that it cld be a hormone, that trigers and makes me lucid every night, resulting in headache right?
      And so you mean, if lucid too much can also get headache?

      Wait..a ques: is it possible to enter lucid without having to think or do anything in the 1st place? Natural occurances?
