Hey everyone, I've just recently been interested in this idea of lucid dreaming, it's actually pretty awesome. In the past week it's really become an obsession for me, doing all the research I can online, and trying to attain the lucid state when I'm sleeping. The closest I've come to lucidity was this morning when I woke up around 10 AM and remembered part of a short little dream I had (wasn't lucid). I wrote it down in a journal that I'm keeping for this, since everyone says that's what you need to do when you start off. I know the names of the techniques to get you into lucid dream (DILD, WILD, MILD, etc...), but haven't been able to bring myself to one.

Also if anyone has any tips on how I can get lucid, please don't hesitate to post! Also if there's any foods I could take, or things I could do to make myself better at remembering my dreams, please post. Also you guys should know that I'm 14 (freshman in high school), so any kind of pills or hallucinogens are out of the question. Thanks!
