      Hey welcome to DV

1.Can me first Lucid dream be in WILD?
Yes it can, but since it's a little more advanced than DILD, many people don't focus on WILD until later. But if you think you're getting some progress with it, go ahead.

2.Im gonna write a lucid journal but in which time i need to woke up at night (im almost always going sleep at 21:00-07:00 if im going to school and 22:00-10:00 and holidays) and wrote in LD me deams?
You can wake up as many times as you want. I usually just record my dreams during a WBTB (which I do after about 6 hours) and when I wake up in the morning.

3.I know that i feel sleep paralysis if im gonna WILD but can someone tell me what feel is realy when you feel sleep paralysis?
It feels like a very heavy blanket has been spread over you, and you may feel quite numb. But I guess it's different for everyone.

4.WBTB is relaxing to going back to bed?
A WBTB is when you get up after around 6 hours sleep in order to record dreams, WILD, MILD etc.

      Hope that helps

Welcome to DV spreader! Just to expand on what Raspberry said about SP; sometimes people will feel like they're twitching voluntary or might experience some sharp pains. A lot of times people can get really scared of going into SP, and since the experience differs from person to person you can't really know how your body is going to react to it.

Also, when attempting to WILD you should do it when you're already really tired in order to cut down on the time it takes to enter the dream. Some people will actually set their alarm in the middle of the night so they can try it then.

Regarding SP, I get vibrations (almost like goose bumps but more intense) going head-to-toe during SP. I am also unable to turn my head or body and must concentrate to wiggle my fingers or toes even and this of course gets you out of the SP and ends the experience for that moment.
