      Is it possible for dead people to contact you through dreams?

      Last night I had a dream that kind of freaked me out. A couple years ago my boyfriends best friend passed away. Last night, I was staying at my boyfriends house, and in my dream I was laying with his best friend, and he was smiling and without moving his mouth he said "he is here". I dont know if it was just a coincidence that I dreamt that, but I am very open to the possibility of spirits and contact with them. What do you think?

      I personally don't believe it's possible. I had a quick chat with my dead grandpa, and it sure freaked me out a bit, but I don't believe it was actually him.

      No, but if you want someone to tell you that it is you should have this moved to beyond dreaming. Just ask one of the mods.

      I think that dreams are creations of our minds. Everything you experience in a dream is 100% you, no outside influence, pure subjectivity. All you can really experience in a dream is your own image of that person.
      157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

      I think that one would more or less lean towards the Astral Projection side to do/believe that.

      I don't believe it, but I'm not "NO IT ISN'T" because we have such a limited understanding of our "reality. lol what is real.

      You should do some research on Astral Projection.

      The answer to your question is really your own to pick. Many people beleive it is possible, while others do not. I for one presue Lucid Dreaming and dreaming for the fun of it (plus it gives me a real hobby), so I don't really dwell on the spirituality of dreams. That is not to say however, that you could not.
