So i've been trying both the WTBT and WILD techniques to induce a lucid dream and i'm not having any success. I'm always reading up on the techniques and such because i'm really interested in lucid dreaming, so i know about the RC's, keeping the RC's conscious so you'll do them subconsciously etc. . . but i'm just not having any success. I have even tried using relaxing music, or the brain wave music to help me go to sleep. Usually it will just annoy me and not help, or i'll fall asleep and not even realize it. Any tips? |

Can you explain the "Dull pain" idea? Also, once SP sets in, wouldn't the pain or the feeling of the tape and the fingers pressed together go away? |

Yeah I read about it in BillyBob's WILD tut, he goes pretty in depth about the anchors. |

Fan seems like a good one. sounds would be the best thing as its the only sense you can really use after SP with your eyes closed, lay on your back. Just my opinion. |

I tried the white noise method last night but I think it kept me awake. The pain one sounds terrible though. What would you consider to be a position for inducing a non-blood-flow-blocking dull ache? |
