      Red face So..I'm new here and didn't know I was suppose to come here...

      So I dont get lucid dreams or know much when I get them or how to control them..Um, help would be appreciated

      Well welcome. That's okay, most people normally don't get lucid dreams regularly.

      I think your first stop should be the wiki. Check that out first, and if you need any help, message me or any dream guide here at DV. I hope you have a good time here!

      Hi and welcome to DV! Start by writing down your dreams in a DJ. This is to improve your dream recall. After that you have the intentions of getting lucid, and KNOW you're the master in your own dreams. Just set up a goal and try the different techniques out. Try to incorporate lucid dreaming into your life. Make Reality Checking a habit and just think about it for as much as you can.

      Check out the Wiki like mikeac said, it's full of great info If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

      Yeah, or check out different threads with techniques. There are some basics in the Wiki though in the tutorial section.
