      Dream about a "soulmate"

Hi! I'm new to this site but i hope someone can help me,
When i was 15 i had a dream about being with someone that i somehow knew was my soulmate. When i woke up i felt my heart ache because I was so happy and it was only a dream.
A little time passed and we had a new student in our class who kinda reminded me of the person from my soulmate dream. I just brushed it off since I thought it was just a dream and it didn't mean much.

I am now in university and a few days ago I had a short conversation with the boy that was new to the school. We are barely acquaintances, we just recognize each other's faces from junior high school.
Last night I had an extremely vivid dream about him, being so much in love with me. His voice, face, everything felt so realistic, when I hugged him the way it felt was not like any other dream..
When i woke up I tried so hard to go back to the same dream, because when I woke up my heart ached so bad, I really wanted it to be real lol

Did i just have this dream because I had talked to him a few days ago, do I dream too much, or does it actually mean something?
(i never had a dream about a "soulmate", or someone that I love/that loves me before)

      I would appreciate any comment/suggestions..
I'm trying to keep myself from forgetting details of this dream because it makes me so happy

Those are the most heartfelt dreams.

Uhg. I both love and hate these dreams. They are heartbreaking, yet beautiful beyond words.

It's not uncommon for me to feel the affects of one of these dreams for weeks after.

      They must be real..

I once thought I found the girl of my dreams. But that was only a lie.

I have had dreams like this many times in the past. I definitely know the feeling you are referring to. It feels so real, and so perfect. The feeling after waking up is so crushing. I have only been able to fall back into a dream like this once. From time to time I come across this type of dream, and usually the females character is very similar each time.

I was once told, these occur because you are missing passion in your life. The mind and body some how create this missing feeling within your dreams. Make sure you are writing down this dream as detailed as you can. Each time one comes up similar to the last, keep track, you'll be surprised how the description of the partner in the dream remains the same.

This is possible, since some dreams are based off of events or situations your encountered within the past days. Try remembering that feeling when falling asleep, might just have another one like the last.

I think ur thinking this over way to much. Is that guy ur talking about in real life a creep or something? Maybe u guys can hit it off , im certain he'll appreciate it if you express your thoughts. who knows maybe you really are soul mates .
Maybe he had the same dream but didn't have the guts to tell you either.
Either way , u got nothing to lose. Or do you? i don't know , i'll pray for ur happy end.
